After weeks of endlessly looking for the perfect wardrobe for one of our projects we had a bespoke ikea pax sliding wardrobe designed and installed by Pickdropgo to our specifications, which was installed very quickly and efficiently. We found it very easy to work with the designer who showed us how to get the most out of the available alcove space, and the fitter did a great job too - very tidy, courteous and professional. Great value for money - can't recommend highly enough!

The two owners of the firm, Ish Lalji and Jay Gorsia, were easy enough to deal with. I exchanged emails with them to establish a price: the cost of an Ikea Kivik sofa plus £118 for pickup at Ikea, transport to my tenant in London W11, assembly of the sofa and removal of packaging. The exchange of emails took a little time, because they were refurbishing their workspace: I could hear hammering in the background to my first phone conversation. Later Jay rang me to ask to be allowed an extra £11 as they had to make trips to two Ikea shops when the fabric cover I sought proved unavailable: to which I agreed. This is the only niggle I have. They arrived on time at the flat, ringing the tenant in advance and willingly waiting a little while as he was delayed. The tenant, who is used to good standards, was very pleased with them, and said to me that they left the flat completely clean. But for that little niggle, I would have awarded them five stars. As it is, I award them a high four stars. I would certainly consider using them again, but - as always with tradesmen - I recommend being clear and on record in communications.

We called pickdropgo having bought a bargain basement bed from ikea. We didn't want to have to take it to pieces in store, so they came within 30 minutes, even though it was 9pm, and took it home for us.

Van was brand new and clean, driver very friendly and polite.

They were incredibly helpful and professional, and when the bed wouldn't fit upstairs they went far above and beyond to help.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I requested a quote on their website to deliver a wardrobe from IKEA. I get a phone call the day after saying that they were happy to pick the item at the store for me and deliver it at 9pm at my house for a fee, but I need to tell them now as they have a cutoff point. I think, ok, that's actually what I want, and agree.
I tried to call them in the afternoon to confirm. The guy who picked up hang up on me. I tried both the number they had used to contact me and the one on the website. Zilch, one says they are on another line, the other goes straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail, texted. Still zilch. I never received the wardrobe.
I would not recommend this service to anyone, the most horrendous behaviour ever experienced. At least I didn't pay for it.

This review is for Pickdropgo who were supposed to come to unpack and assemble my flat pack furniture. On Wednesday 18th Feb I called Pickdropgo to see if they would be available that Friday. No-one answered my call but within a half hour a man called Jay called me back. He was very friendly and stated he was the company owner's son and due to the fact that my items were being delivered on Friday and we didn't know an exact time yet, I should call him on Friday when I have them and then he would send someone over. He said that would be no problem at all as they had a huge staff of over 350 people. I thanked him and said I would do exactly that.
On Friday my items were delivered early, so I called Jay at 9.20am to let him know. Again he was friendly and said that he would call me back in a minute after he checked with his staff as to who was free/what time they could come over. When 11.30am came and went I called back. No answer. I called again a few minutes before 12.00 and no answer so I left a message, explaining that I was waiting in an empty flat (I had just moved in) and really needed to know what time his men were going to come. I tried to call the main office and got no response either. I got someone else to call for me, as I felt my calls were being ignored, and they picked up for them! This person explained my predicament and the man she spoke to said that they would call Jay and then call her back asap. She never received a call back and nor did I. She called back 3 or 4 times after that and still heard nothing, in fact the call would get 'transfered' and then just ring out. We kept trying to call but by 3pm realised it was useless. This company had no intention of sending anyone out, and I had sat and waited all day, wasting my time for them to send someone out. 
What frustrates me so much about this whole situation, is that if Jay had told me at 9.20am that they had no one, that he had made a mistake, that would have been fine! I could have called someone else to come and do the job they were supposed to. By the afternoon there was nobody from any other company available to come out to me that day and so I have had to get someone to come out next week and now have no bed or furniture.
I would not recommend this company in any way. They had no customer service skills whatsoever, lied to me and left me in the lurch. I never heard anything back from them and nor did my friend. If you want something done do not go with this company. .
